Plain-English version below. This page is a starting point written to hold the right structure — have it checked by someone qualified before the next promotion opens.
The Virtual Car Key promotion
Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Cost. Free. No purchase is required and no payment is taken at any point.
How to enter. Complete the claim form with your name, date of birth, state or territory, email address and the YouTube handle you are subscribed to the Driving LIVE Australia channel with.
Entry limit. One key per person per promotional month. Duplicate or automated entries are void.
Verification. Entries with details that cannot be verified — including a YouTube handle that is not subscribed to the channel — may be declared invalid.
Promotional period. Each promotion opens on the first day of the calendar month and closes at the end of the last day of that month, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Draw and notification. Winners are contacted using the email address provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, the entry may be redrawn.
Prize. Details of each month's prize are published on the channel and on this site before the promotion opens. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Not affiliated. This promotion is run by Driving LIVE Australia. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by YouTube, Google, Meta or any other platform.
Your details
What we collect. Your name, email address, date of birth, state or territory, YouTube handle and — if you give it — your phone number.
Why we collect it. To confirm you're eligible, to record one valid entry, and to reach you if you win.
How long we keep it. Entry records are kept for the promotional month plus a reasonable period afterwards for verification, then deleted.
Who sees it. Only the people running the promotion. We don't sell your details and we don't pass them to sponsors.
Marketing. Claiming a key doesn't sign you up to anything. Shop notifications are a separate opt-in.
Access and removal. Email support@drivingliveaustralia.com.au to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
